The Digest Care Bundle · Steps 3 & 4

Stimulate, then supplement

Bloating, gas, heaviness after meals. That's usually not too much food, it's not enough digestion. These two work the same problem from opposite ends. One prompts your body to release its own stomach acid, bile, and enzymes. The other delivers enzymes directly into the meal. Your own supply, plus backup.

Why These Two Work as a Pair

Your own enzymes, and a second set

Digestion is a supply problem. When your body isn't producing enough acid, bile, and enzymes, food lands half-broken-down and sits there. You can solve that supply problem two ways: prompt the body to make more of its own, or hand it enzymes directly. Doing both at once is what turns a sluggish meal into a complete one.

Stimulate · the bitters

Digest Care is a blend of bitter and aromatic herbs taken before you eat. That first hit of bitterness on your tongue flips the body into "rest and digest" and starts the cascade, pouring out stomach acid, bile, and your own enzymes before food even arrives.

Digest Care Tincture

Supplement · the enzymes

Biofilm Buster is a professional-grade enzyme blend taken with the meal. Protease, bromelain, papain, amylase, lipase, and cellulase go straight to work on the protein, fat, carbs, and fiber on your plate, so nothing sits half-finished and heavy.

The Bonus of Running Both

Two ends of the same meal

The timing does the work

Bitters go in 10 to 15 minutes before you eat, so the acid and bile are already flowing when the food arrives. The enzymes go in with the meal itself. Your body is primed and reinforced at exactly the moment it needs to be.

Rebuilding, not replacing

Enzyme supplements alone can leave your own production sitting idle. The bitters keep your natural digestive reflexes firing, so you're training the system while you support it, rather than doing the work for it forever.

Absorption is the point

Food broken down properly is food you actually absorb. More acid and bile from the bitters, more enzyme power from the capsules, and suddenly the nutrients on your plate reach your cells instead of feeding the problem downstream.

One capsule, a second job

Take Biofilm Buster between meals instead, with no food to occupy it, and the same enzymes go systemic. They break down the biofilms and trapped debris microbes hide behind. That's Step 4, and it's why this pair spans two steps of the protocol.

How to Run the Pair

A simple rhythm around your meals

10 to 15 minutes before · the bitters

Take 10 to 20 drops of Digest Care directly on the tongue. Hold them there until saliva produces before swallowing. Let yourself taste the bitterness, because that taste is the active part. It's what tells your body to start pouring out acid, bile, and enzymes.

With the meal · the enzymes

Take 1 to 2 Biofilm Buster capsules with your food. The enzymes go straight to work on that meal, giving you more complete breakdown, better absorption, and less of the heaviness that follows a big or hard-to-digest plate.

Between meals · go systemic

When you're ready for Step 4, take the same capsules on an empty stomach instead. With no meal to occupy them, the enzymes move into the body and start dismantling biofilms. Up to 6 capsules a day total, 1 to 2 at a time.

Where It Fits

Steps 3 and 4, once drainage is open

Digestion comes after drainage for a reason. Once the exits are open and lymph is moving, strong digestion is what lets everything downstream actually work. Nutrients in, waste out. And because Biofilm Buster does a second job between meals, this pair carries you from digestion straight into breaking biofilms.
