Lymphatic Support

Open the drain before you pour.

Your lymphatic system is the body's drainage network, and it has no pump of its own. Supporting it well takes two things at once. You need the capacity to drain, and you need the force to move the fluid. This pair does both, using the same herbal blend from the inside and the outside at the same time.

Why These Two Work as a Pair

Capacity to drain, and the force to move it

Lymph moves only when something moves it. It relies on muscle, breath, and clear pathways to carry roughly 3 to 5 liters of fluid a day past some 600 lymph nodes. So supporting it well means covering both sides at once: giving the body the capacity to clear the load, and supplying the movement the system can't generate on its own. These two products are the same lymph-friendly blend, delivered by two different doors.

Inside-out · the tincture

Taken under the tongue, the herbs enter circulation and support the whole drainage network from within. They help with fluid balance and immune support along the same pathways your lymph travels, and they back the liver, gut, and skin that keep your drainage healthy.

Outside-in · the massage oil

The same blend, slow-infused into jojoba. It gives your hands or gua sha tool the glide to physically move lymph toward its drainage points at the neck, collarbone, armpits, and groin, where the nodes cluster thickest.

The Bonus of Running Both

Two doors into the same system

Same botanicals, two doors in

The oil is the tincture's blend infused into oil. So cleavers, burdock root, birch bark, dandelion root, elderberries, and clove reach your lymphatic system two ways at once, through circulation and straight through the skin at the node clusters. You're not doubling up, you're covering the same system from both sides.

Two angles on the same stagnation

Think puffiness, heaviness, water retention. The tincture supports fluid balance from within while the oil physically moves the stagnant fluid out. When rest alone won't shift it, working both directions at once is what gets things moving again.

Round-the-clock coverage

The tincture works quietly in the background all day. The oil turns a few minutes of gua sha or self-massage into an active pump. You get steady support all the time, plus a hands-on push whenever you give it one.

How to Run the Pair

A simple daily rhythm

Morning · the drops

Start the day with the tincture under the tongue. Hold it until saliva builds, then swallow. That way the herbs are supporting drainage in the background from the inside all day.

Evening · the ritual

Warm a few drops of oil between your hands and glide a gua sha tool or your fingertips along the neck, behind the ears, and down toward the collarbone. Use light, downward strokes that follow the lymph toward its drainage points. A few minutes is all it takes.

Before a sweat · whole-body + sauna

One of our favorites. Before an intentional sweat session, massage the oil over your whole body and step into the sauna. In our experience it really helps get things opened up and draining heavily, pairing the herbs and the manual movement with your body's own heat and sweat.

Where It Fits

Drainage is the foundation, step 2

Lymphatic support isn't a quick fix on its own. It's the groundwork the rest of the protocol rests on. You open the exits, then open drainage, and only then start moving toxins, so that whatever your body releases has somewhere to go.
