Lymphatic Drainage Support · Step 2 of the Protocol
Lymph Care Tincture
Lymphatic Drainage, Detox & Immune Support
Your lymphatic system is the body's drainage network. It's the quiet sewer line that carries waste, spent immune cells, and trapped toxins out of you. When it slows down, everything backs up, and the body that was meant to clear the load starts holding onto it instead. Lymph Care is a gentle herbal blend made to keep that system moving, whether you take it internally or massage it in.
Why Drainage Comes First
Open the drain before you pour
Think of your lymph as a highway with no engine of its own. It moves roughly 3 to 5 liters of fluid a day past some 600 lymph nodes, relying on muscle movement, breath, and clear pathways to keep flowing. Pour a detox into a body whose drains are still closed and the waste has nowhere to go. It just recirculates.
That's the logic behind starting here. Before you mobilize anything, you want the channels open so what your body releases can actually leave. Lymph Care is formulated to support that flow, from fluid balance and gentle cleansing to the immune traffic that runs the same roads.
The Core Equation
Lymph Care works on the left side of the equation. It helps your body move what's coming in, so it stops piling up faster than you can clear it.
What It Supports
Drainage you can feel, head to toe
Keeps the system draining
Supports lymphatic drainage and fluid balance, easing the puffiness and water retention that come with a sluggish system, so things keep moving the way they should.
Immune & antioxidant backup
Elderberry, clove, and birch bark lend immune and antioxidant support along the very pathways your lymph already travels. They reinforce your defenses instead of overriding them.
Liver, gut & skin, too
Burdock and dandelion support the liver and digestion, while cleavers are traditionally tied to clearer skin. Real drainage shows up all over the body, in places you wouldn't expect.

How To Use
How to put it to work
Internally
Hold it under your tongue
For the best results, hold the drops under your tongue until saliva builds, then swish it around your mouth and swallow. Going sublingual is the best way to take the tincture, because it lets the herbs absorb quickly, before digestion gets in the way.
Internally
Or in water, juice, or tea
Prefer it in a drink? Take 1–2 dropperfuls (30–60 drops) in water, juice, or tea, up to 3× daily.
Topically
Massage & skin toner
Mix with a carrier oil and massage into the neck, armpits, or groin to encourage lymphatic flow. Or add a few drops to water or witch hazel and apply as a toner to blemished or inflamed skin.
Dosage Based On Intended Use
Match the dose to your goal
