How to Use It

Spray, settle, drift off

Nightly · 2 to 3 sprays on each foot

Shake well before using. For adults, apply 2 to 3 sprays to the bottom of each foot about twenty minutes before bed, then let it absorb as you settle in for the night.

Anywhere you hold tension

Mist calves or shoulders to ease tension after a long day, spray restless legs or tight muscles for soothing relief, or use before meditation or breathwork for deeper relaxation.

About the smell

Valerian root has a strong, earthy aroma, and that is completely normal. It's the plant doing what it has done for centuries. The scent fades as it absorbs.

For external use only. Avoid eye contact, mucous membranes, and broken skin. Keep out of reach of children under 6 and pets. Not for use if pregnant, nursing, or under age 6. Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.
