I have been exactly there, and here is what I wish someone had told me sooner: the problem usually is not that something is broken. It is that too much has come in and too little is getting out.

This is what the whole path builds toward. Two 30-day phases with a real gate between them. Phase One opens the exits and builds the daily habits.
