The Framework You'll Learn
Everything I teach ladders back to this. Picture your body like a cup. Every toxin and every thing your system cannot clear drips in. For a while the cup holds it. Then it overflows, and that overflow is what we call symptoms. Most advice attacks only half of the equation. In here, we work both sides, in an order your body can actually handle.
The Part That Sets People Back
Drainage first, always
Here is the mistake most people make, and I made it myself. They hear parasites, or heavy metals, or mold, and they run straight at the thing they want gone. They kill it, break it loose, stir it up. And then they feel awful. They opened the faucet before they unclogged the drain.
So we do the opposite of the panic. We open the exits, get the lymph moving, and settle the gut. Only once the road out is clear do we go after what we want gone. It feels slower at the start. That is the reason it actually works.
