A few months ago I snagged my toe on a washing basket in my home and it got pulled sideways. I knew when I heard a crack that I had broken it, and after suffering several broken toes before I expected to be in for weeks of pain, difficulty walking and definitely no gym. However to my shock after my friend lent me this cream I was walking normally within 4 days, and back in the gym in two weeks. This was seriously life changing for me and allowed me to get back to work, I can’t thank you enough!!

In January 2025 I slipped on ice and karate chopped the ground tearing my biceps tendon.
